The Bloggers Market

A few weeks ago, I was excitedly waiting for the weekend to hurry up and arrive (actually I do this every week), more so than usual as I couldn't wait to attend The Bloggers Market at the Hoxton, Holborn Hotel in London. The previous Bloggers Market was last Summer and I remember rushing from the opposite end of London only to get to the market with only 10 minutes to spare but still  managing to secure the pink leather camera bag on the What Olivia Did table and it was half price! This time I made sure to arrive at the Bloggers Market pretty early so I wouldn't miss out.

As soon as I arrived, these delicious treats made by the amazing  Nicole from Afternoon Crumbs, were the first things to catch my eye. You know me, I love a bit of Palm print at the moment so imagine my reaction to these wonderful edible treats with matching napkins! Everything looked too good to eat, but I was really glad to be able to grab a Bloggers Market iced cookie before they all disappeared!
My gorgeous friend Fiona also came along to the Bloggers Market with her beautiful daughter Tally and was lovely to catch up with them both as we perused the lovely displays. Tally is thinking to start up her own blog which I thought was super exciting so it was a really fun morning for all of us as I shared some of my blogging tips and Tally showed me how to use Snap Chat to the max.

The Instagram room was filled with beautiful props from Oliver Bonas and flowers from Bloomon which provided us with all the props for a perfect flat-lay, I love a good flat-lay! Once again you can see my Pineapple and Mint Green obsession rearing its head.

How gorgeous is this lamp? The perfect combination of my home decor favourites: Copper/Rose Gold, Marble and of course all things Mint Green. I desperately want to create my own blogging space with the perfect desk from West Elm and this Oliver Bonas lamp would definitely take pride of place on my desk.
The Oliver Bonas products were lovely, I wanted all the things! I already love popping into Oliver Bonas so much so, my friend's daughter told me that every time they pass their local store, she sees the Pineapple ornaments and thinks of me. Not sure if that says more about my love of Oliver Bonas or Pineapple ornaments!
I went a little shopping mad at the Bloggers Market, I really couldn't help it, there were just too many incredible bargains to be had like Givenchy Sunglasses for only £10 from the lovely Liv Purvis and so many beautiful bags, I may have bought 4 in total from Carrie (the barginous Mint Green Cambridge Satchel), Lucy and Kristabel. One of the bags was a birthday gift for my friend, I promise!
Shopping aside, one of the real highlights for me was meeting the gorgeous and very talented Maelle from Cirque De Papier. From quick snap of me on her iPhone she created a lovely illustration of me on a notebook. It was incredible to watch Maelle at work, I've never had an illustration of me done before so a lovely experience and keepsake.
I had a great time at the Bloggers Market and I already can't wait until the next one!

Did you make it to the Bloggers Market? What was your favourite part?
