Today I'm Wearing

This lovely cape from Zara caught my eye when I was in Paris before Christmas. I loved everything about it but I ummed & ahhed about buying it as I'd spent a small fortune in Paris on makeup & French pharmaceuticals. However the cape was meant to be as I found it reduced in the January sales in London & I didn't hesitate for a second! I bagged this beautiful cape & a bargain too!! The amazing camera bag is from Accessorize & was an awesome Secret Santa gift from my gorgeous friend Charlotte. Oh how I love that bag! I love it's quirkiness & I've received so many comments & compliments on it, the waiters in Hot Pink Grill in Wimbledon especially loved it!! This is a bit of a photo heavy post from me but I just really love this look with the cape & camera bag.

Eyebrows Edit - Brow Gels

When life is feeling a little hectic or chaotic for me, I always feel a lot more together & on top of things when my eyebrows are well groomed & tidy. I know that may sound a little odd but it works for me. I've been experimenting with & trying out a few different eyebrow products lately, which I'll be featuring over the next few weeks and today it's brow gels/mascaras.

Review: VO5 Plump It Up Dry Backcombing Spray

I discovered the VO5 Plump It Up Dry Backcombing Spray through my friend Sammy, one of those classic moments on a night out when you're in the ladies sorting out your hair an makeup and you get product envy. Sammy swore by this being a great volumising and texture adding product, so I very curious to try it out myself.

Review: Pureology Pure Volume Colour Care Shampoo and Conditioner

I mentioned the Pure Volume Shampoo and Conditioner from Pureology recently as I purchased these after my Balayage at The Chapel. Pureology aim to to provide high quality, environmentally and vegan friendly colour care products that dramatically improve hair condition and radiance in addition to making the colour last longer. They promise longer lasting hair colour or they will refund you. As the products are tailored around care for colour treated hair, this is the first time I've had a chance to try the Pureology range.

Review: Dove Refresh and Care Dry Shampoo

I've lost count of the all the dry shampoos I've tried in my time, from the reliable cult classic Batiste to the more high end ones & while they were all effective, they just didn't do everything I needed them to. However I think I've finally found one that ticks all the boxes in Dove Refresh & Care Dry Shampoo.

REVIEW: PIXI GLOW TONIC

Pixi's Glow Tonic is very much a cult product among beauty bloggers so I have always been a bit curious about it and whether it really would live up to the rave reviews. With my current toner almost finished I thought it a good time to give this a try (I'm trying to instill a one in, one out policy) especially when I saw a huge display of them in Liberty's Beauty Hall......I thought it was a sign!

Taste of London Winter

I'm a huge fan of the Taste of London Food and Restaurant Festivals and you may have seen my earlier post on the Summer festival. A little while ago I headed down to The Tobacco Dock in East London to attend the Taste of London Winter Food and Restaurant Festival which for me was the best Winter/Christmas Taste Festival yet!!! I had such an amazing day and I even got to meet Michel Roux Jnr again!!! (cue several heart eyes emojis!)

Today I'm Wearing

This blanket scarf from Zara is one of my favourite wardrobe pieces. I've featured it on the blog before, but this year I've been playing around with it more, finding different ways to style it to keep me warm and toasty in the cold and Wintery weather.
